Quotes and availability
Travel quotes reflect the information, inventory and pricing available when prepared. Airfares, accommodations, package prices, exchange rates and supplier promotions may change at any time. A quote does not hold space or guarantee a price unless the supplier expressly confirms a hold.
Starting prices and inclusions
Website offers marked “starting from” are examples based on the dates, departure point, occupancy and room or fare category shown. The listed price is intended to include the mandatory components specifically described with the offer. Optional upgrades, insurance, transfers or other items identified as excluded are additional. Your final written quote will identify the complete price and inclusions before booking.
Booking confirmation and payment
No travel service is confirmed until the applicable supplier or booking agency accepts the reservation and any required deposit or full payment has been successfully processed. Payment schedules, accepted payment methods and consequences of missed payments will be provided with the booking documents.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Supplier change and cancellation rules apply and may include non-refundable deposits, penalties, service fees or fare differences. Some bookings may be entirely non-refundable. Any applicable terms will be presented before payment; travellers should review them carefully.
Names and booking details
Traveller names must match the government-issued identification that will be used for travel. Travellers are responsible for reviewing all confirmations promptly and reporting errors. Supplier charges may apply to corrections or changes.
Travel documents and entry requirements
Travellers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, consent letters, health documentation and any other documents required by destination, transit-country or supplier rules. Requirements can change without notice; official government sources should be checked before departure.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption and emergency medical coverage, is strongly recommended. Coverage is subject to the insurer’s eligibility rules, exclusions and policy wording. A traveller who declines offered coverage may be asked to confirm that decision in writing.
Supplier responsibility and disruptions
Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer providers and other suppliers are independent businesses responsible for delivering their services. Schedules, routes, amenities and services may be changed or interrupted because of weather, operational decisions, government action or other circumstances. Assistance will be provided where reasonably possible, subject to supplier rules and applicable law.
Health, safety and accessibility
Travellers should disclose mobility or accessibility requirements early enough to request appropriate arrangements. Travellers are responsible for determining whether a destination or service is suitable for their health and circumstances and for reviewing current government travel advisories and health guidance.
Supplier and host-agency terms
Every confirmed booking is also subject to the terms of the applicable supplier and the booking agency identified on your invoice or confirmation. If there is a conflict between this general website information and the specific written terms supplied for a booking, the specific booking terms govern.
